Set your intention
Chant the mantra 108 times for 40 days

For best and quick results:
Chant 108 times twice a day
Also, chant in Brahma muhurtham after taking bath, lighting a lamp in front of the God

Kubera Kolam

Kubera Kolam

On Thursday between 5:30-6 pm, draw with rice flour / chalk / computer printout, the kubera kolam as given below on a clean place, preferably near the puja mandir. Start writing the numbers in this order 24, 28, 23, 33, 27, 20, 25, 26 and 21
Place coins (9 for 9 squares) on each number with the number towards the kolam
Place kumkum and red / white flower on the coins
Light Deepam and agarbati
Chant the Kubera Mantra 11 times

You can reuse the coins every time
You can draw the kolam everyday and pray to Kubera everyday if you have time or energy or interested
Its best to do the above procedure also on Amavasya (New moon) days especially during Diwali night
